Graveside service for Ed Walker, 80, of Musella will be held on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at 3:00 pm at Roberta City Cemetery. Mr. Walker passed away on Monday, November 28, 2016 at his residence.

He was of the Baptist Faith and a member of IBEW Local 1316 for 57 years. He also served in the Marine Corp.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest McGuire Walker and Mary Ruth Barker and brother, Emmett Walker.

Survivors include three sons, Mike Walker (Lisa) of Lizella, Mitch Walker (Karen) of Musella and Chris Walker (Patrice) of Musella; friend and former spouse, Cindy Hunt (David) of Lizella; one brother, Melvin Walker (Nita) of Musella; one sister in law, Bobbie Walker of Musella; seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; one niece and several nephews.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 from 6 to 8 p.m.  at the funeral home.
