Funeral services for Jack Graham, 64, of Rupert will be held on Wednesday September 28, 2016 at 11:00 am at Faith Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Sand Bethel Church Cemetery. Jack passed away on Sunday, September 25, 2016 at Heart of Georgia Hospice in Perry. He attended Ellaville United Methodist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John Joseph Graham, Sr. and Jane McCann Graham.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley Graham; one son, Joey Graham (Windy) of Rupert; one step son, Keith Carpenter (Jennifer) of Butler; two brothers; five sisters; three grandchildren, Austin Graham, Jayden Graham and Anna Beth Carpenter.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 6 to 8 pm at the funeral home.
