Funeral Services for Violet J. Hood, 65, of Reynolds will be held on Monday, February 12, 2018 at 1:00 pm at First Baptist Church of Reynolds. Burial will follow in Rock Baptist Church Cemetery in Rex, GA – 6188 GA Highway 42. Mrs. Hood passed away on Friday, February 9, 2018 at her residence. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Reynolds.
She was preceded in death by her parents and son, Jeremiah Hood
Survivors include her husband, Marvin Hood of Reynolds; one daughter, Heather Hartley (Keith) of Reynolds; three grandchildren, Mikala Hood of Savannah, Reece Hood of Jackson, and Miah Hartley of Reynolds; and daughter in law Lisa Austin of Jackson.
Visitation will be held an hour before the funeral.
