A memorial service for Walter Lee Thompson, Jr.,  59, of Macon, will be held on Saturday, May 28, 2016 at 1:00 pm at McLeighton Funeral Service.  Burial will be private.  Mr. Thompson passed away on Wednesday, May 25, 2016.  He was a musician and welder.

Survivors include two daughters, Kristen O’Neal (Scott) of Roberta and Ashley Baldschun (Thomas) of Roberta; his father, Walter Lee Thompson, Sr. of Macon; one brother, Jeff Thompson (Debra) of Lizella; three grandchildren, Bradley O’Neal, Ella Baldschun and Cooper Baldschun.
