Graveside services for Alfred G. Kennon, Jr., 90, of Butler will be held on Sunday, May 5, 2019 at 4:00 pm at Butler Memorial Cemetery. Mr. Kennon passed away on Friday, May 3, 2019 at Taylor County Health and Rehab.
He was a member of Butler United Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Sue Kennon.
Survivors include two sons, Danny Kennon (Joyce) of Butler and Kyle Kennon (Carol) of Americus; one brother, Reuben Kennon of Rossville, TN; one sister, Dorothy Ann Lents of Brandon, MS; four grandchildren, Alicia Kennon, Lindsay Woodrum (Joseph), Katherine Kennon and Jake Kennon; two great grandchildren, Liam Woodrum and Bella Rose Woodrum; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Sunday from 3 until 3:45 at the funeral home.
