Graveside services for James Wilson, 85, of Musella will be held on Sunday, September 30, 2018 at 4:00 at Roberta City Cemetery. Mr. Wilson passed away on Thursday, September 27, 2018.
He was a member of Musella Baptist Church and American Legion. He was an avid fisherman. James was retired from the GA Forestry Commission.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Claude Napolean Wilson and Sara Wiggins Wilson; and his wife, Carol Gay Tharpe; grandson, Daniel Clayton Colwell.
Survivors include one son, William Ronnie Blalock (Cynthia Kay) of Warner Robins; one daughter, Kathy Hortman (Steve) of Roberta; one brother, Jack Wilson (Joyce) of Musella; and one sister, Betty Jennings of East Point; five grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 30, 2018 from 2:00 until 3:30 at McLeighton Funeral Service.
