John Samuel Pursley, 65, died in his home in Mauk, GA on August 26, 2018. He was a hard-working farmer for many years and he had his own personal lawn service. He was given a nickname “Mr. John” by his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Katie Pursley; two sisters and one brother and many wonderful friends/customers.

Mr. John will surely be missed for all his kindness and generosity he never left anyone out. He was “One of a Kind”

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 9, 2018 at 2:00 pm at First Baptist Church of Butler.
