Memorial service for Horace Franklin Cobb, Jr., 79, of Knoxville will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2020 at 11:00 am at McLeighton Funeral Service in Roberta. Burial will be private. Horace passed away on Monday, October 19, 2020 at his residence.
Mr. Cobb served in the US Navy. He retired with Liberty National Insurance. He was very crafty and loved working with beads and leather. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Horace Franklin Cobb, Sr. and Mary Evelyn Hammock Cobb.
Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Judy C. Cobb of Knoxville, GA; one son, Wyatt Cobb (Sandy) of Acworth, GA; one daughter, Delana C. Cobb of Knoxville, GA; three grandchildren, Sara Lahmann (Preston) of Charlotte, NC. Peyton Cobb of Acworth, GA and Jackson Cobb of Acworth, GA.
