Patsy Wainwright

Graveside services for Patsy Wainwright, 82, of Reynolds, will be held on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at Hillcrest Cemetery, with visitation one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Mrs. Wainwright passed away on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at her residence.

Patsy worked for many years managing the retail operations at Taylor Orchards and later at The Strawberry Patch. She was well-known to customers and coworkers alike for her friendly smile, strong work ethic, and ability to make everyone feel welcome. Whether helping local families or greeting visitors passing through, Patsy took pride in her role and in the relationships she built along the way.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Opal Salmon Palmer, and her husband, Lester Edward Wainwright.

She is survived by two sons, Walter Wainwright of Reynolds and Jeff Wainwright (Dana) of Reynolds; one daughter, Trisha Wainwright of Cordele; and her grandchildren: Tyler Wainwright (Avoly) of Perry, Copely Knost (Caleb) of Augusta, Payton Wainwright (Rachel) of Midland, Landon Wainwright (Bella) of Rochelle, and Logan Wainwright (Abigail) of Perry. She also leaves behind her beloved great-grandchildren: Haines Wainwright, Rosie Wainwright, Weston Wainwright, Whitney Wainwright, and Hughes Wainwright.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Church of Reynolds.
